Here you'll find inspiration for art and writing, or whatever you please.
I'll only reblog or post things that have a proper source, and if it doesn't have one I'll add it. If I happen to post something without a source and you'd like one just send me a message about it and I'll add it :)

Hey new followers!
In addition to writing, I also reblog art and great writing/drawing tips.
This tutorial is incredible if you are a character designer looking to diversify your female characters. Adding weight to a character is not as simple as drawing a simple body and curving the lines; you have to know the body structure to get it right.
A helpful guide for comic artists, character designers, and cosplayers alike.
Tutorial - Curves on Girls by *Ai-Bee
Edit: This is not the end-all, be-all tutorial guide to drawing larger people. This style is more cartoon than realistic. Photo references (of professional and amateur models in the #fatspo #bbw tags) are helpful as well.
Because people often request more links to tutorials and specifically ones about drawing different body types than are usually taught in tutorials.

Sophie got into the habit of putting each hat on its stand as she finished it, where it sat looking almost like a head without a body, and pausing while she told the hat what the body under it ought to be like. She flattered the hats a bit, because you should flatter customers.
A little late for May Day, but here’s a sketch of book-accurate Sophie Hatter.

- Do not compare skin color to food because it’s fucking insulting.
- Do not say someone looks “exotic” because it, too, is insulting.
- If you are going to describe the skin color of a non-white person, fucking describe the white person’s skin color too. The fact that you feel the need to state a non-white character’s race is a reminder that people assume characters are white until stated otherwise — an undeniable and unpleasant fact of society. If you’re going to do it for one, do it for the other. (If you’re using a face claim, you don’t fucking need to describe skin color, please stop)
- Your characterization should not begin and end with skin color in your writing, even for NPCs.
- Do some research about race before you commit to a skin color for your character, if you choose to describe it at all — it can only help.
